Lodging Rates - 2012 Prices

Per Day Parking Pass $10 per horse for those that are not lodging at the Outback.Please pay upon arrival and pick up your trail pass.This fee does not apply if we are hosting a trail ride.
Electrical Parking $35 per motorized vehicle per day; 2 horses / 2 people per site;each site comes with a high tie near your site; additional horses are $10 per horse per day. Kids (and their horses) 12 & under are Free!! On Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and any other weekend we are hosting a event, all reservations must be PAID IN FULL at the time of booking them and there are no refunds if you cancel. Deposits are not refundable and not transferable.

Horse Stalls $20 per horse per day for a 10'x12'box stall. Feed and bedding is NOT included.Each stall must have a minimum of 3 bags of bedding of which must be purchased from us. Bedding is $5.75 a bag.1 horse per stall! All stalls must be cleaned daily or $10 per stall per day will be charged additional.
Horse Pens $10 per horse per day. Outside pens 10'x10';with no shelter from the weather. Bedding and feed is NOT provided;1 horse per pen. All pens must be cleaned out daily or there will be a $10 charge. There is a total of 8 pens available and they are located by sites 1 - 4 and by 6-8.
Horse Pastures $7 per horse per night. A total of sixteen pastures available and they are located by the primitive and electrical sites. These pastures are small fenced in grassy areas for horses. They are fenced in with 4 strand smooth wire fence and your horses can enjoy the comforts of home in a pasture all to themselves.

The Outback Ranch provides hitching posts, poles to highline tie and room to set a few portable corrals.

The trails are well accommodating for young and old horses with some being more advanced than others. All trails are mowed and well groomed with very few being rocky.

You will be riding on private property. Please stay on the trail and take out all that you take in. Please do not make us lose our trail privileges.

Water for horses is available.

Please treat all trails with respect, as many of them are private. We do not charge to ride the trails, and we are not liable for any accidents / ride at your own risk. Trail passes required to ride on all trails.

Dogs are allowed if kept on a leash or under adult supervision. We ask that you do not bathe horses and that all manure and garbage is cleaned up daily or there will be a $5 per day, per horse charge.

Quiet time is 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The Casa de Outback:
$44.50 per person per night.
Plus 6.875% MN sales tax.
Kids 12 & under are Free!!

Pasture for $7 per horse per night.
Dry lot for horses that has a run in shed, automatic water and a hay feeder for $10 per horses per night.
Indoor stalls $20 per night plus the cost of the three bags of bedding at $5.75 a bag.

The Casa offers 1,000 square feet of western living. It is furnished with real log furniture,a futon, a fireplace, full kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms with queen size beds(fully furnished), dish T.V., DSL hook up, air conditioning and comes fully furnished with bedding, towels, and cooking utensils.

The Casa easily sleeps six people and has a beautiful view overlooking the Outback Ranch. There is also a fire ring & picnic tables for you to enjoy. The Casa is not only available to horseback riders, but also to hikers, bikers,hunters and snowmobiles.


The Cabin:
$39.50 per person per night
Plus 6.875% MN sales tax.
Kids 12 & under are Free!!

The cabin comes with high line ties for your horses. If you would like to upgrade to pens, there are 8 in total available for an additional $10 per pen per night.

The cabin offers a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, satellite T.V. DVD player, New Air Conditioning!! and comfortable seating and sleeping conditions.There is a queen & twin size bed along with a futon,cot & couch.It comes fully furnished with bedding (except for the futon & couch) and cooking utensils along with a gas fireplace on chilly nights. Towels are provided for dishes,but not for bathing. Please note that the cabin is about 1/2 a mile away from the main ranch and is primitive. If you prefer not to drive the rough field road between the cabin and the ranch, it is 12 miles to drive around.
There is a rustic outhouse, but no running water. Drinking water and potable water(for dishes) are provided and there is a shower available at the main ranch in the indoor venue.There is also a 550 gallon water tank available for the horses. The cabin provides beautiful scenery off of the front and back porches with Wet Bark Park across the road and only 10 minutes from the Root River Bike Trail.There is also a fire ring, and picnic tables for you to enjoy.The cabin is not only available to horseback riders, but also to hikers, bikers,hunters and snowmobiles.

There are also 3 electrical plug ins for horse trailers! Pens are an additional $10 per pen per night.

The Wrangler Room is a very cozy 12' X 20' room that offers the feel of western living. It is furnished with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, couch, and a futon with a bunk above it. It comes furnished with bedding, air conditioning and heat and with a few cooking utensils. Towels are provided for dishes and bathing. There is a shower/bathroom across the hall to use as well. It sleeps 3 comfortable and can sleep four if someone sleeps on the couch.
There is also a fire ring & picnic tables for you to enjoy. The Wrangler Room is not only available to horseback riders, but also to hikers, bikers,hunters and snowmobiles.
