Holly A Wieser

Vice President / Co-Owner

I was born and raised on a dairy farm in NE Iowa. When I was a teenager, my sister and I bought our first horses and competed in barrel racing and team roping. After graduating from high school, I started working for a local saddle maker, building custom saddles and making leather watch bands for a well-known watchmaker. In April of 2000, I met my husband, Jake, at a rodeo, and we were married in October. Together we built Outback Ranch, a horse-friendly campground with cabins, rooms, electrical and primitive campsites, and 40-plus miles of horse trails. We have also built a state-of-the-art stable with an outdoor riding arena and a beautiful indoor and outdoor wedding venue for breathtaking county weddings. We welcome you to stay at the ranch and join us for one of our many events or just a relaxing weekend on the ranch.

I was born and raised in Southeast Minnesota, where I was raised around my dad's plumbing and excavating business and my grandparents' dairy farm. I have always loved horses but didn't get my first horse until I was an adult. After I got my first horse, I competed in speed events and team roping.
